The goal was clear – to optimize and organize maintenance processes
The decision to implement the Queris CMMS system at Perla Polska was dictated by the desire to further develop and optimize the areas supporting production.
The company wanted maintenance to function in an orderly and standardized way, the efficiency of technicians’ work to be at the highest level, and spare parts management to be fully optimized.

The implementation included a full implementation of the system, which became a digital tool for managing service orders, scheduling preventive maintenance, recording the machinery fleet and controlling the spare parts warehouse. The goal was to support by digitizing the work of the technical department and provide a single, consistent ecosystem for managing the machinery fleet.
